Garden state Koi planted flowers and grasses around my waterfall and I am thrilled with the results. I spoke with Jason about my vision. Tom and Baldo worked all day to make it happen. It is gorgeous and will only get better each year. Cassie called to discuss which color mulch I’d like. They were all so professional. Tom answered all my questions about the care and maintenance of the flowers and overall beauty of the waterfall garden. I highly recommend Garden State Koi for professionalism and fantastic work. We absolutely love it.

Our old pond unfortunately got visited by a bear who went fishing and destroyed our liner in the process. Then we met Tom Smith, owner of Garden State Koi, and you can see the results in the pictures. Professional and prompt. My mom and I had been coming here for years before finally deciding to have the DIY pond we built in 2020 redone by Tim and his crew last year. We already knew the quality of their work, but they still exceeded our expectations and showed just how much they truly value their customers.A few weeks ago, we noticed a leak in the pond, and Tim went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. He was willing to stop by even after a long day working on another project and took the time to thoroughly investigate every possible cause of the problem.Within a week, Tim and his crew had identified and fixed the issue. They even threw in a complimentary pond cleaning for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.I can’t recommend Garden State Koi enough. These guys are simply the best around. Sitting by the pond is one of our favorite things to do, and I honestly don’t know who enjoys it more—us or our fish!If you’re considering a pond, I highly recommend stopping by the store. Before you know it, you may find yourself enjoying a beautiful pond of your own at home.

I cannot say enough great things about Garden State Koi and the two technicians Baily and Abell who came out to get our waterfalls ready for the summer. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were obvious.They thoroughly cleaned the entire system, identified and fixed several small issues that could have become bigger problems down the road, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The waterfalls have never looked better, and the water is crystal clear.What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. They didn't rush through the job. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answer questions, and ensure everything was operating exactly as it should.Finding people who genuinely care about the quality of their work is rare today, and these two employees were outstanding examples of that. Garden State Koi should be proud to have them representing the company.Absolutely amazing service, exceptional workmanship, and a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Garden State Koi to anyone looking for true professionals who care about their customers and their ponds.

What an amazing place. This has got to be one of the most amazing water garden retail stores in the country. The staff is so helpful and they have everything you could possibly need for a pond or water feature. Definitely worth the drive if you're coming from far away.

Logan, tom, howie and staff are extremely professional and patient with your every needs. Very knowledgeable and willing to figure out every issue you have in detail. They remember your name and greet you accordingly. I highly recommend garden state koi pond & waterfall design. No job is too big OR to small. Yes I’m a happy customer.
